Also, you can use Cloud Services to retrieve the last signaled geolocation of your smart device. Keep in mind that on the contrary to Telecom Geolocation, all current cloud services are available only for smart devices like smartphones, tablets and computers.
The accuracy depends on your chosen location methods. While most of our methods deliver results with pinpoint GPS-grade accuracy, some other fallback location methods like GSM LBS or IP deliver more inaccurate results.
In general it is not forbidden to locate a mobile phone that is not yours, but there are some things to consider. We highly recommend you to read about possible legal implementations.
